It was recently mentioned to me that the WBCF appears to be on the defence and it should be more positive. My thought on that comment are:
Having recently attended a self awareness course as part of the requirement to fulfil my role as a volunteer. We were given a code of good practice guide. I would like to share with you some points from it as there are some quite aggressive individuals out there who's only satisfaction in life seems to be to throw stones. (Not literally, I might add)

- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Encourage others to challenge attitude or behaviour they do not like
- Avoid being drawn into inappropriate behaviour
The forum is a wonderful group of decent people looking to make a difference, promoting a friendly safe environment for all. We are working hard, but we need more support so we can achieve more for West Bay.
